Entry Level Recruiter Job Description:

As an entry level recruiter you should be a self-starter with the ability to thrive in a team oriented and competitive environment. The ideal candidate will have the desire to work in a performance based environment.

This person will excel at developing and sustaining meaningful relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers for the purpose of assisting with the delivery of a strong talent pipeline for roles across the company. This is an excellent opportunity to join Talent Acquisition in an entry-level role with the opportunity to grow.

Requirements:

• Recruiter will search, identify and select job candidates using multiple sourcing tools such as job boards, direct search and social media to find qualified candidates
• Telephone and video screen prospective candidates for temp, temp to hire or direct hire roles
• Perform other related duties as deemed necessary by the manager
• Job requirements:
• Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while multi-tasking.
• Have excellent computer skills
• Must have strong organizational, administrative & documentation skills
• Be able to meet weekly & monthly submission metrics
• Possess a strong sense of urgency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
