Job Description

Reporting to the ERP Manager, Techo-Bloc is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in the Dynamics AX software. The incumbent will be at the center of the migration project of AX 2012 to AX 365 (long term project) and will act as an expert resource regarding the transactional processes done on AX.

Map current processes;

Identify possible changes on AX 365 to optimize;

Identify where our code changes are no longer needed;

Propose and document new processes on AX 365;

Test the upgrade, make sure that all past AX changes still work;

Monitor project activities with the project manager in the IT team;

Coordinate and facilitate meetings;

Propose solutions;

Identify AX tables for data migration;

Participate in data migration;

Participate in various improvement projects;

Document change requests;

Train different departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or administration.

Minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX (required).

Bilingual (French and English), verbal and written.

Advanced mastery of Excel.

Excellent analytical capability.

Great sense of organization.

Have a concern for meeting deadlines.

Ability to work in a team.

Able to manage stressful situations.

Autonomous.

Strong influencing skills with ability to make sound recommendations.

Experience in the manufacturing field (an asset).
