TSC seeks to hire a strategic and results-driven Recruiting Manager with deep DoD federal contracting experience to lead the Recruiting function and play a critical role in driving company growth.
This is a highly visible role with the ability to come in and make an immediate organizational impact. This role will to the Director of Human Resources and work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers with the responsibility of leading and executing the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.
This is a working manager role and will be expected to also source candidates and maintain an active req load. The successful candidate will leverage data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy formation for recruiting activities and team management.
The incumbent will be expected to build successful partnerships with program leadership to understand the lines of business and future pipelines and help leaders forecast staffing needs to drive organic growth.
This position will also serve as a mentor to the Recruiting team and hiring managers to leverage industry best practices and optimal results.
Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for driving innovation and best practices for Talent Acquisition through Workday optimization, training, and proactive engagement within the company and the professional community at large.
This role will be primarily remote with in-office presence on an as-needed basis. Hiring preference will be given to candidates local to the Washington DC metro area.
Travel is not to exceed 25%.
