Job Description

• General office admin
• Maintain tidy and organised stationery cupboard and order new stock
• Data entry
• Raise purchase orders
• Maintain site logs
• Scanning and filing
• Support the Business Support Manager and their reporting departments and teams
• Support the HR department where required
• Support site initiatives and projects
• Accessing, uploading, archiving and downloading documents
• Admin duties & phone calls if required
• Document control duties & Record keeping
• Day to day administration & minute taking
• Carry out any other responsible duties requested by the Managers
• Creating and updating weekly reports
• Managing timesheets and clocking reports
• Liaising and coordinating with suppliers for subcontract orders
• Maintaining/updating quality documentation
• Supporting other admin function

Qualifications

Helpful, keen to learn, well organised, intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills (office, excel, PowerPoint etc.) have excellent communication skills, able to cope with pressure, well organised, methodical, strong attention to detail.
