Le Technicien de production et programmation machine a la responsabilité de programmer les différentes machines CNC de l’usine et de maintenir l’inventaire des divers intrants de production des usines. Il travaille conjointement avec les opérateurs et superviseurs des usines.
Tâches principales
- Importation des données et analyse pour les matériaux requis
- Suivi et mise à jour des inventaires
- Implantation des méthodes de suivi
- Coordonner la livraison des matériaux
- Optimiser les imbrications
- Suivi des quantités minimum et maximum
- S’assurer de la disponibilité des matériaux au moment requis
- Voir au respect des procédures ISO
- Participer au processus d’amélioration
- Préparer les demandes d’achats
