Cameron’s Volvo, part of the Cameron Motor Group is a highly successful family owned and run motor retailer based in Perth, Scotland with a long history of award winning customer service. We have been operating for over 90 years and are trusted as one of the most established in the network for Sales, Service and Bodyshop customer needs.
We are looking to expand our current professional team of technicians in our Approved Workshop. We are therefore looking to recruit a technician. Automotive background is a must, with proven experience and apprenticeship served. Volvo brand experience not necessary as can be learned on the job and through the Volvo training academy. If you haven’t worked for a manufacturer brand before- no problem- apply
*The Role*
* Carrying out repairs and general maintenance on customers cars- can be learned if the automotive background is there already
* Having an MOT test ticket would be a bonus.
* Technical skill level is important to diagnose issues with cars, guided fault finding and strip down of cars, would be a positive skill to have.
* Ensure the paperwork is correct to a high standard during and after maintaining the vehicle.
* Full driving licence
*Skill and Experience*
* Fully qualified technician/fitter (salary will dovetail level of skill)
* Attention to detail is very important
* Proven Track record not essential but will be of benefit.
*The most important part:*
* Up to 7 weeks Holiday per year
* Up to £42,300 depending upon experience
* Bonus paid monthly for individual target achievement
