Techniche Global Ltd Looking for Interface Engineer at Plymouth Full Time

Techniche Global are supporting an engineering defence contractor to appoint an Interface Engineer to work on their 5 Basin Berth Infrastructure project.
  
This role is looking for someone with a Civils, Construction, or Infrastructure background who has the ability to interface between main construction contractors and various different sub-contractors on the delivery of this project.
  
Rate:                                   £50-£60p/hr UMB
Location:                            Devonport – regular site attendance required
Duration:                            12 months+
Requirements:                   SC Clearance
  
Key requirements:
A good understanding of requirements management along with an appreciation of systems engineering:

• You will be able to navigate DOORS.
• You will understand and have experience in the management of technical interfaces across a range of disciplines throughout the design lifecycle.
• Experience of operating within Nuclear Licenced site or other “high-risk” environments such as oil and gas required.
• Ideally you will have worked in and around the maritime environment, but this is not essential.
• An ability to manage stakeholders and gain consensus with a range of different wants and needs is key.

Desirable skills;

• Experience of working in BIM environments.
• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler
