Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects involving multiple application teams
• Act as a bridge between engineering, business, and executive stakeholders
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery timelines
• Ensure alignment across teams including engineering, product, and operations
• Facilitate communication with senior leadership and present project updates with clarity and confidence
• Oversee project tracking, reporting, and governance using tools like Jira
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technical environment
• Strong proximity to engineering teams (Technical PM background required)
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (executive-level exposure required)
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Jira

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Airline or E-commerce domain
• Exposure to financial/project tracking tools like Apptio
• Understanding or practical exposure to AI tools in project management
