????Shift pattern: Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00
????Salary: up to £70,000 per annum dependant on experience
????Location: Hybrid to Norwich 2 days in office a week (with occasional travel to other sites in line with business needs)
????Start Date : May/June 2026
????This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.

We’re searching for an experienced, confident Project Leader with a strong background in physical product delivery, manufacturing/operational implementation but with some experience of IT/ Software delivery. You will lead new product introduction (NPI), supplier integration, and end-to-end operational readiness – taking hardware-enabled solutions from concept through production and into live service. This is not a role for Scrum Masters or Software only Project Managers.

????THE ROLE
As a Delivery Project Manager, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex operational and technical projects-bringing new products and services into live operation while driving impactful process improvements. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every project is delivered with quality, structure, and efficiency. This role is not focused on software sprint management or pure IT change delivery. We are looking for someone comfortable working with physical products, suppliers, operations teams and manufacturing environments. However, our product have a high IT component and so some knowledge of technical projects would be an advantage.
