About the Role
GTA GSM is hiring a Technical Operations Analyst to support and improve business-critical logistics applications, reporting, integrations, and day-to-day technology operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working directly with a .NET application, troubleshooting production issues, using SQL to investigate data and performance problems, supporting reporting tools, and translating operational needs into practical technical improvements.
The ideal candidate has breadth across application support, light-to-moderate .NET development or code-level troubleshooting, database work, BI/reporting support, cloud operations, documentation, and stakeholder communication. This role is well suited for a self-starter who can take ownership of issues from intake through resolution, work independently in a lean environment, and know when to escalate, document, or bring in additional technical support.

This role may be a strong fit if you are a practical, hands-on technical professional who likes solving real operational problems and wants ownership over the systems you support. You do not need to be a pure software developer, but you should be comfortable working directly with application code, databases, reports, cloud environments, integrations, and business users.

The right person will be able to investigate unfamiliar issues, ask good questions, propose workable solutions, and steadily improve reliability over time.
