Your role would be to make sure that we maintain our standing as a top vendor with our accounts.

This role is an entry-level opportunity for those who want to be hands-on learn more about how eCommerce operations work.

We’ll have you involved in various parts of our day-to-day operations and work closely with our entire team.

Role & Responsibilities

You’ll be ing into our Accounting & Administration Manager and we will expect you to :

• Assist our Order Processing Supervisor in pulling orders, printing shipping labels, etc.
• Data Entry : Invoicing daily sales and generating s for weekly & monthly sales
• Arrange & pickup company lunches (typically once a week)
• Order & replenish office supplies as needed
• Shipping & Fulfillment : Occasionally step into our warehouse to assist our Warehouse Manager
• Customer Service : Occasionally respond to customers to help process warranties & replacements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in sales and customer service
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
