Job Overview : Icertis is the leading contract lifecycle management solution leveraging intelligent, enterprise contract management software by turning contracts into valuable corporate assets.

The candidate will be part of Delivery team supporting project initiatives and enhancements for monthly production deployment.

The ideal candidate will work with different teams within Client IT to support integrations with Icertis, Icertis project and customer care team, PMO and business team.

The ideal candidate will work very closely with template delivery team and provide guidance and recommendations to implementation team.

Responsibilities and Duties :

The candidate should also be capable of leading and providing guidance to the team on system integrations for the right architecture, as well as providing best practices in template management.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in functional and template configuration

The candidate should also assist and guide the IT support team on enhancements and new requirements development and work closely with the project team on development.

Foresee any risk or complexity in system architecture or functional or template configuration and recommend best practices

be able to assist 8 IT workstreams while collaborating with different teams, including Icertis, Client PMO, Business team, Veeva team, LLX, Change Management, Client IT, EMCoE Business team, Legal, and Contract Migration and Communicate effectively with all teams

Responsibilities for this position include leading IT-driven meetings, sending MOM, and following up, providing input in governance decks, and providing updates in all stream meetings.

Lead the project using Agile Project development and SDLC experience is required

Work with PMO to develop Project capabilities release schedule and lead development.

Provide weekly update to IT leadership team

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s in computer science or software Engineer

minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT software development.

the candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in contract life cycle development, with Icertis experience being a plus.

Able to perform under pressure and work effectively while resolving any production issues and team player
