Job Description: As a Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in the execution of the end-to-end quote-to-cash process for One Cloud and *** RISE deals, which are integral to the company’s success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer requests for selling One Cloud and RISE deals and completing necessary paperwork, such as Harmony/CRM Opportunities, Quotations, and Order Forms.
• Handling post-sales processes, including PQA engagements and procurement processes related to premium suppliers and Hyper-scaler partners.
• Collaborating with various teams, including Industry AEs, Premium Suppliers, Cloud Architects (CAAs), Commercial Finance, Legal, and Centralized Deal Support (CDS) Teams to facilitate deal closure.
• Ensuring contract validation by working closely with Industry AEs, Pricing, and Revenue Recognition teams during the contract drafting and negotiation process.
• Complying with operational procedures and maintaining all files and records appropriately.
• Providing active support during quarter-end and year-end close to ensure timely and accurate completion of work deliverables.
• Identifying and implementing operational enhancements to meet business requirements.
• Becoming an expert in SAP sales tools and processes.

Work Experience:

• Preferably 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Deal Support.
• Working experience within a shared service center environment is preferred.
• Experience with CRM/Harmony tools and SAP systems is a plus.

Education and Qualifications:

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve with little direct supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Experience with Smartsheet application is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $13.50 – $18.00 per hour
