Tech Search Associates Limited Looking for Site Agent at Manchester Full Time

We’re recruiting for experienced Site Agent to manage a civils package for a new build school in the Northwest for a duration of circa 10 months

Previous experience in a No1 Site Manager/Project Manager role is essential, you will ideally be an Ex Site Engineer and report directly into the Contracts Manager on a weekly basis.

You will be responsible for:

• Day to Day Management of the package of works
• Managing Site Health & Safety
• Reviewing RAMS
• Managing Project Costs and Budget
• Client Progress Reports and Chairing Meetings
• Ordering Materials 
• Monitoring Quality
• Solving technical queries

You will:

• Have progressed through Site Engineering
• Previous experience of working alongside tier 1 construction companies
• Have strong communication skills
• Be I.T. literate 
• Be team orientated and have excellent leadership qualities
• Hold an SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card
• Have delivered large valued civils subcontract packages.

This is temporary role on for circa 10 months
