Desktop Support Role
Purpose: To deliver exceptional customer service and technical incident resolution from call to closure in varied and challenging client environments: Supporting different geographies (local/remote), time zones, languages, customs, cultures, technologies, processes, and work practices, during various shift timings which may be Out of Hours or during weekends.
