We are on a mission to become the next unicorn Saas business and the Talent agenda and strategy is key to that journey . We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the team, who has impact and can operate end to end across the entire Talent landscape both external and internal.
The opportunity
These are exciting times at Teamwork as we build and deliver on our growth strategy, with the Talent agenda front and centre to our success. As we grow our business both in Europe and North America you will work closely with our Hiring Managers, and be so much more than merely an inhouse recruiter. With a focus on impact, you should be able to flex your style and approach according to the need and be able to tailor your interventions accordingly , from full service end to end , to more targeted advice and support where appropriate. Though, it’s not all recruitment , there will be opportunities to work on Talent related projects eg. Talent Brand and Customer Experience. This role is a high profile with visibility across Teamwork . We’re eager to welcome you with open arms and will provide you with support necessary to succeed, whilst also allowing you the autonomy to spread your wings and fly . Longer term as we and you grow , there will be opportunities to move on and up in the organisation

We are a remote-first team, with the option to work out of our Cork HQ campus, Belfast or Boston hubs – or fully remotely. At Teamwork we believe that work is what you do, not where you sit.
