Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity available for an energetic and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Facilities Management Clients’ Talent Acquisition team based in Perth.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander candidates throughout Western Australia.

You will have experience working with First Nations Australian peoples and communities, and you will understand the secret for success is to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Your focus will be on the end-to-end candidate and hiring manager experience through development and provision of professional Talent Acquisition support working closely with candidates, hiring managers, mentors and partners in the business. You will be passionate about helping Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples flourish and achieve their career goals.

Qualifications

What you will need to succeed

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role delivering end-to-end talent acquisition
• Cultural proficiency and passion to work with First Nations peoples, candidates and businesses
• A strong passion for delivering sustainable, fit-for-purpose outcomes
• High energy, discipline, resilience, self-motivation and results oriented approach
• Strong customer focus and ability to influence at all levels
• Experience within the Mining, Infrastructure and Facilities Management sectors
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources related field is desirable but not essential
