At TeamSport Indoor Karting we always create a safe, unique, and exciting experience for everyone! Our Head Office at Farnham, Surrey is now recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to support our Management Accountant and Senior Financial Controler.

About the Opportunity:

This role will have a huge opportunity to make a big impact within the business, supporting month-end reporting and payroll across 35 sites, sales offices, and Head Office in the UK.

The Assistant Management Accountant is one of the key roles within the Finance team. They will hav significant scope to assist the management team and at the same time provide excellent service by exemplifying our 5 values:

Duties

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.
• Assist in evaluating performance and trends of monthly results
• Reconciling balance sheet control accounts.
• Maintenance and reporting of the fixed asset register, including depreciation, transfers, additions, and disposals.
• Assist with the monthly payroll process
• Help complete the payroll reporting requirements such as P11D
• Assist in the preparation of the year end audit files and liaising with auditors
• Raising ad hoc sales invoices
• Preparing month end journals
• Help to ensure ongoing improvements of internal controls.
• Assist with the mandatory reporting for the business such as ONS
• Support the wider finance team and business where necessary

• Experience using Sage 50 Accounts
• Part Qualified Accounting qualification, ACA, ACCA, CIMA
