Duties:

• Supporting the Project and Resourcing team in the successful recruitment of clinical and non-clinical resources and delivery of project plans

• Assisting with the development of an accessible network and database of OH Professionals, Physiotherapists, Mental Health Practitioners, Health Trainers and any other resources needed.

• Proactively identifying suitable candidates for any vacancies or available posts within the business, including locum cover.

• Making sure new roles are advertised on all platforms

• Filtering out CVs and applications to ensure that candidates have the appropriate skill sets and meet the recruitment criteria (e.g.specific to AWE –British national who has lived in the UK for more than ten years)

• Maintaining a friendly, professional and welcoming approach at all times to encourage individuals to want to work with the company. Completing pre-screen calls with applicants and liaising with managers and applicants to arrange next steps.

The successful applicant would be able to demonstrate their ability to work efficiently within a busy environment, prioritise effectively to meet deadlines/key performance indicators whilst consistently providing a helpful and customer focused service to our clients. Excellent communication and organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and strong time management are the key attributes for the position as well as excellent IT literacy and a “can do” flexible attitude.
