Senior Recruiter Job Responsibilities

• Outbound dial to schedule appointments
• Prospect new or existing accounts
• post job ads

Perform 200+ outbound dials per day
Senior Recruiter Specialist Job Requirements

• Previous telecommunication experience REQUIRED ****
• Prior inside sales Experience- REQUIRED.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Self directed
• Strong verbal and written skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
