What you’ll do as a Senior Procurement Manager (two openings):

As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will have primary responsibilities for providing sourcing and supplier management expertise (and advice) to the TGE Group, in relation to BPO and Corporate Services. As the subject matter expert, you will ensure category management activities are holistically carried out, in line with the overall TGE strategy.

What are we looking for in a Senior Procurement Manager? What’s important?

• Minimum of 7+ years performing similar duties, as described above
• Outstanding category management expertise preferably in the following categories:

– Corporate and Professional services

– Fleet and Equipment

– Logistics

– Facilities management

– Contingent labour

• Subject matter expertise in a supply chain/logistics operation environment
• Strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management experience
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
• Exceptional communication/influencing skills/excellent stakeholder management skills
• Skilled in the development of TCO models, that where applicable incorporate all cost dimensions and risk analysis elements

Extra points for the following (but not essential):

• Undergraduate tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, e.g., international business
• Professional membership of relevant associations, e.g., CIPS
