Job Description

Ideally based in Sydney, this role could also be performed from Brisbane or Melbourne.

About The Program Manager Role

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a variety of business unit strategic projects targeted at improving operations and planning, leading to their future growth and effectiveness.

What You’ll Do (duties/responsibilities Including/not Limited To)

• Performing comprehensive assessments and analyses of capital city fleet utilisation, revenue sources, service models, and regional networks, with a particular emphasis on transition planning for Western Sydney Airport
• Maintaining customer alignment by conducting strategic analysis, project design, and delivery, as well as driving efficiency improvements, and laying the framework for future success
• Improve operational performance, promote innovation, and drive the business unit towards its long-term objectives

What You’ll Bring To The Program Manager Role

• It’s Imperative that you have a logistics background
• Ideally, you’ll have a great mixture of experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst
• Business Degree
• Intermediate Excel skills

Note – this is a 6-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of permanency.
