What you’ll do as an Operations Supervisor (two vacancies):

As one of our trusted Operations Supervisor’s, you will be responsible for ensuring both inbound and outbound freight travels on schedule. In addition, ensuring that linehaul and PUD loading/unloading is completed in a timely manner. We’re also looking for a pro-active/confident individual, someone that will be comfortable putting forward suggestions that may lead to increased productivity, profitability, corporate image and/or the safety & welfare of our employees.

Please note that the hours for these roles are, M-F, 6pm-3am.

What are we looking for in an Operations Supervisor? What’s important?

• At least 12 months working experience as a leading hand and/or operations supervisor
• Solid leadership, managerial and organisational skills
• Computer literacy
• You’ll act as a trusted conduit between your team and management
• Excellent communication skills
