Job Description

About the Operations Supervisor Role:

As an Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for all aspects of safety, performance, and resourcing and team leadership for specified operational areas and/or operational processes. This includes overseeing all activities and resources associated with the branch to achieve agreed objectives, optimising profitability, and business efficiency with a strong customer focus, in a safe and socially acceptable manner.

What You’ll Do (duties/responsibilities Including/not Limited To)

Planning and coordinating daily activities and holding team members to account. This position plays an important role in achieving daily KPI’s, and identifying/actioning process improvements, along with engaging support from other functional leads.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• 2+ years experience in a similar role (as described above)
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel etc.)
• You’re enthusiastic, motivated, show initiative and can multi-task
• Problem-solving and commitment to continuous improvement

Please note hours – 5am-1pm. A level of flexibility may be required at times.
