What you’ll do as a Business Analyst:

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for supporting international operations, improving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will analyse and assess the effectiveness of end-to-end business EDI integration operations, transport management systems (TMS), as well as partner/customer systems. This includes analysing and identifying trends and opportunities within the air freight network, you’ll also help to improve operating strategic objectives for our international air freight business.

What are we looking for in a Business Analyst? What’s important?

• 3+ years experience working within a business analysis position
• Expertise in complex data mining requests, typically leveraging data from multiple disparate systems
• Understanding and experience with IT EDI business systems integration
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, economics, or related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and manage multiple priorities

Extra points for the following (not essential though):

• Knowledge and/or experience of air freight operations, including air transportation
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations industry
