Part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist

Team Delegate, LLC, is seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role will be part-time, 10-20 hours per week, but could grow over time. Team Delegate, LLC, is an executive virtual assistant company. We provide remote administrative assistance for CEOs and entrepreneurs, serving the virtual assistant industry for over 19 years.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of the recruitment process
• Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of our organization
• Create exciting and useful recruiting tactics to attract top-performing team members
• Collaborate with leadership to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes
• Write job descriptions
• Develop & design retention programs
• Research, add & monitor job ads on various online platforms
• Analyze resumes to find qualified candidates
• Interview candidates
• Provide reports on job placement analytics
• Make offers and set up final contracts with candidates
• Attend job fairs and other recruiting events

Requirements: *

• Three years of experience in a recruiting/human resource role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred
• A full home office set-up consisting of the following:
• Computer
• Microsoft Office 365
• High-speed Internet access
• Smartphone with e-mail capability
• Computer with webcam

• Available from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday

• You will also need to complete a background check prior to contracting with us.
• We’re seeking applicants who have availability during normal business hours, which are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. This is not a position that you can do on the side of a full-time job – the work is not project-based.
