We are looking for an ambitious Finance Intern to join the Finance team in our London office! This will be a full-time 6-month internship and training will be provided.


Responsibilities

  • Expenses management
  • Invoice processing
  • Assist in Bank reconciliations
  • Maintain financial files and records, and ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerised accounting system
  • Credit control, cash collection
  • Any other duties as may be required from time to time

Requirements

  • Must be numerate and not easily bored with figures
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and develop on the job
  • IT skills: Excel spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level
  • The candidate must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of a Finance Intern
  • Excel skills are a must
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics (not essential but preferable)
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills, creative thinking
  • Flexible, self-motivated and hard-working individual who will work well in a dynamic and creative team in a fast-moving environment.
