Teachers Train Teachers are looking for a highly experienced educational consultant; to be responsible for student recruitment onto various educational courses. We are looking for loyal, hardworking and income driven freelance education consultants to join our experienced team. Do you have a genuine interest in education recruitment? Do you have some experience in sales, marketing, lead generation and are active on social media? Are you currently looking for flexible work opportunities? Do you have quality time to dedicate and earn commission?

This role is perfect for individuals coming from an education and sales/recruitment background, especially those who have experience in recruiting trainee teachers. This fantastic opportunity will involve joining the high performing recruitment team, managing your own territory to maximise your opportunities by networking. The role is a commission base only with a great opportunity for you to earn a decent income, as we offer £250 per enrolment!

Role and Responsibilities: As a freelance education Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to recruit candidates onto our educational courses. No need to source your own leads as they will be provided by those that have made direct enquiries. However, please take note that, bonus could be made when you are encouraged to self-generate leads, as this gives you the opportunity to earn additional income.

Your responsibilities

• Committed to work a minimum of 2 hours daily (Hours can be flexible)

• Contacting allocated potential prospects and offering a telephone consultation either in person or remotely

• Improving on up-to-date product knowledge, procedures, services, and tools by attending departmental and training meetings

• Continuously updating all prospects on TTT services modifications, changes, and enhancements

• Using marketing data and material to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by drafting and placing adverts on different social media platforms and jobs boards to promote TTT courses

• Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the Company in a positive manner
