Teachers Go, LLC Hiring for Elementary Teacher For Full-Time Homeschool (2 Kids, 1st & 3rd Grade) at Myrtle Beach, SC Full Time

Teachers To Go is looking for an elementary classroom teacher to teach all core subjects in-person to a boy (3rd grade, age 8) and a girl (1st grade, age 6) at their home in Myrtle Beach, SC 29579, Monday – Friday from 9am-2pm. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right teacher: a full-time position with part-time hours, that pays $55k/year with summers off June-August.

Looking for a teacher who is fully qualified who will be responsible for implementing and overseeing a homeschool curriculum for both children and aligning it to state standards. Responsibilities will include designing and teaching lesson plans that are interactive and challenging, yet engaging and easy to follow.

The right teacher will be patient, kind, encouraging, reliable, self-managing and communicative. The teacher will also have a true passion for teaching young children, and the ability to deal with youthful energy. Some prior mild special needs accomodation experience is a plus, but is not required (ie: ADHD or dyslexia).

Requirements: BA and prior professional self-contained elementary classroom teaching experience is required. A Teaching Certificate from any state is preferred. Some prior mild special needs accomodation experience is a plus. Must be able to travel to the home of the students in Myrtle Beach SC 29579 Monday-Friday from 9am-2pm. Must have good communication skills and be willing to collaborate with the parents, and must be willing to interview in person in Myrtle Beach SC and via live video chat.
