Tea Runners Hiring for Digital Marketer Full Time

Hello! Tea Runners (www.tearunners.com) is an award-winning loose leaf tea subscription and e-commerce company with a location in Ferndale. We were recently awarded ‘2022 Best Tea Subscription’ by the Food Network, Good Housekeeping, and other major outlets.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to design and execute a digital marketing strategy on all major platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and others. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO on a regular basis to create and optimize digital campaigns that meet our target customer acquisition costs.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Manage all pay-per-click marketing activities on search engines and social platforms to drive new leads to our business

· Execute tests, collect, and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid digital traffic.

· Research and analyze competitor advertising links.

· A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs

· Optimize copy and landing pages.

· Collaborate with teams responsible for content, blogging, email, social media, to optimize each conversion path

· Maintaining the company websites with rotating promotional material (such as pop ups, banners, etc)

Qualifications, Requirements, and Preferences

· Experience with Shopify

· Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills are required

· Ability to work independently

· Experience working with subscription e-commerce highly desirable

· Experience with Google Search Console

This role is a hybrid of working from home and in our office/warehouse, located on Delta Ring Rd in Ferndale. We have a unit on the side of the warehouse, with lots of natural light and beautiful views of Mt Baker.

Salary: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
