TDK is a supplier to some of the most diverse, technology based and original equipment manufacturers worldwide including global organisations within the Industrial, Medical and Test & Measurement markets. This position is based at our European head office and manufacturing centre in Ilfracombe, on the beautiful Devonshire coastline in the South West of England.
An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual has arisen to join the HR and Training Department as a Human Resources Assistant. This position will involve working as part of a small team to assist in administering HR polices and processes and providing support to the whole department.

The successful candidate must hold GCSE Maths and English at a minimum of Grade C or 4/5 and ideally hold a CIPD Level 3 Certificate in People Practice.
The job will involve a training plan designed to give you all of the knowledge and skills necessary.
This is a Grade 4 position working a 37.50 hours per week.
