Business Context (Edit if required)

The Talent Acquisition team sits within the TD HR Function. The TA function is responsible for 360 degree recruitment activity across all internal business disciplines. All aspects of recruitment are covered within Talent Acquisition which covers the European branches of TD Securities.

We are now looking to add a Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator to the team to support the Talent Acquisition Team Relationship Managers.

Position Overview

• Screen CVs and online job board applications
• Post job adverts
• Ownership and management recruitment inbox and responding to all queries
• Coordinate and track candidate interviews
• Update the internal job board with recruitment vacancies
• Process recruitment invoicesSupporting TA to ensure all GDPR regulations are met in the management and storage of candidate and employee personal data
• Provide operational and administrative support with recruitment events and activities such as career fairs, job fairs etc.
• Provide all administrative support associated the development of assessment tools and techniques
• Contribute to the tracking of potential talent to build a talent pipeline that can be used in future internal and external talent acquisition maintaining all records
• Collate and track recruitment diversity data

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in working within a People/HR or Recruitment function
• Experience in scheduling recruitment interviews and working directly with the business to ensure proper coordination
• Good organisational skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to perform in a time pressured environment
• Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to give constructive feedback

Salary: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
