Our user experience designers perform visual and interaction design, information architecture, and conduct user research to make overall positive experience delivered to users. Job Description
Can you conduct ideation, concept development and experience innovation through creation of sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios and storyboards? Would it be fun for you to collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that design intent is achieved and advocate for the user throughout the project lifecycle? If so, then this can be the right job for you. We are looking for dynamic professionals who can work as User Experience Designer and:
Conceptualize, design and plan future-state and near-term cross channel experiences (journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes)
Develop frameworks, product prioritization, models, etc. that help drive strategic consideration of the desired customer experience
Work closely with product and business teams to plan stages of digital feature implementation in the roadmap/release cycles
Contribute to various operational activities and processes as assigned
Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriate
Be knowledgeable of practices and procedures within own area of responsibility and keep abreast of emerging trends for own functional area
Experienced working professional role providing specialized business services, advisory or processes / program support within their own area of specialty
Requires experienced, conceptual and practical knowledge within their own specialty and knowledge of broader related areas
Accountable for own work and sometimes others; acts as an escalation point or knowledge resource for others in their own area
Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest
Support the team by continuously enhancing knowledge / expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit
Keep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques
Job Requirements
Undergraduate degree in design related discipline with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in digital design, interaction and visual design
Proficient in using related software and tools including Windows and MS Office Suite
Proficient to work multi-functionally, provide guidance to other team members and ensure good relations across teams and functions
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to interact clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environment
A high-energy Individual who can exercise initiatives with minimal discretion and be thorough, accurate, and detail oriented to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
