TCC Management Hiring for Property Accountant Job at Remote Full Time

We currently own 80 separate multifamily properties across the United States with cumulative revenues of $15M. We have an experienced full-time controller who has led book-keeping for the past year, but needs help as we have grown by almost 50 properties in a single year. While we are hiring for contractor help, there is a very clear path for this to rapidly become a full-time role with long career runway if there is a mutual fit. (Our controller started as a part-time book-keeper with us.)

Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:
Daily and monthly book-keeping for a minimum of 10 properties to start.
Bookkeeper Qualifications / Skills:
+ RentManager (Rent Manager) experience is not required, but it is a positive. Any property management accounting experience (Appfolio, Yardi, Realpage, ect..) is required.
+ Experience with bank reconciliations, and financial statement generation is required.
+ Experience with accrual accounting is required.
+ Minimum of two years property management bookkeeping experience is required.
Our average property has around ~20 expenses every month and around 100 paying tenants. We would likely start with a handful of properties, with intention of growing to 50 properties.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
