Summary

Fundamental focus of the role will be to work with the Mangement, Product, and technical/engineering leads to drive the architecture and development of a new highly innovative AML/KYC and Transactional Compliance platforms for TBOL. (EDT-X) Reporting to Head of EDT-X/Innovation Lead, as well as TBOL Engineering mangement. Background in Banking, Payment, and Blockchain/DLT are important in the role. A unique opportunity to help build a new, truly revolutionary leading edge platform with a fast moving Global Fintech leader.

Primary Responsibilities

· Lead final architecture, and engineering of Back End Platforms, and Systems.

· Drive, and develop integration between Compliance Platform and Core Production Systems

· Work on internal Hyperledger team, for DLT development and implementation.

· Focused on key development milestones and sprint objectives, while creating high quality products and services.

· Collaborate with Product and Mangement teams as needed.

· Travel may be Anticipated, however limited.

Qualifications

· 8-10 years in SW Engineering and Architecture role in Banking, Payments, Compliance Software, or ERP Software.

· BA, MS, or related work experience equivalent.

· Experience in working in Larger Banking organization, with some startup experience/roles.

· Focused, Diligent, with ability to work in fast paced, startup like environment.

· Experience with Blockchain and DLT platforms highly Preferred. (Enterprise Blockchain Experience Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
