To support the business’ growth ambitions, we are seeking a proactive Marketing & Communications Officer to join our collaborative work-winning team and meaningfully contribute to the ongoing success of TBH.

ing to the Head of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing & Communications Officer, is part of TBH’s centralised Marketing team based in Sydney, Australia, and will assist with marketing and communications primarily across Australia.

Specific deliverables have been identified as:

• Updating Marketing collateral using the Adobe Design suite, in line with brand guidelines
• Drafting Marketing copy (LinkedIn/website)
• Custodian of TBH’s Australian LinkedIn content planner
• Coordinating TBH’s presence at national events/conferences
• Assisting with tender/submission proposals
• Liaising with creative agencies (digital advertising & website)
• Briefing graphic designers
• Coordinating award submissions & national award tracker
• Coordinating local video shoots and filmed interviews
• Coordinating BD & MarComm Team’s pages on SharePoint (intranet)
• Updating content on TBH’s website (WordPress)
• Digital Marketing (Marketo eDM nurture campaigns, SEO optimisation (website content))
• Coordinating Corporate Memberships registry and marketing opportunities
• Coordinating brand merchandise

To thrive in this role you will have:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience working in Marketing and/or Communications; with B2B experience preferred
• Excellent corporate communication writing and editing ability
• Excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience updating and creating collateral in Adobe Creative suite
• Strongly skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word & PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated experience with SEO optimisation on a CMS
• Demonstrated experience using marketing automation software (Marketo preferred)
• Demonstrated experience using a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics365 preferred)
• Demonstrated experience coordinating events
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects and requests from across the business
