TBH Hiring for Human Resources Business Partner at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Full Time

To support our ongoing growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our Melbourne office. This role is a true generalist position, with the opportunity to add value across the entire employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the full range of the employee lifecycle, with a focus on:

• Graduate recruitment including engaging directly with universities, conducting interviews, preparing contracts, and interpreting psychometric assessments.
• General Recruitment for the Eastern Region and Corporate Services teams.
• Assisting the HR Manager with annual compensation reviews.
• Providing support and guidance to managers on a range of employee relations matters.
• Coordinating visa and migration processes.
• Supporting HR initiatives such as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Employee Engagement & Corporate Social Responsibility and promote through HR processes and practices.

To be successful in this role you will have to demonstrate the following expertise and skills:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience in generalist HR in a similar organisation or industry.
• Knowledge and skills in a diverse range of HR specialities such as recruitment and selection, performance development, succession planning, employee relations and immigration requirements.
• Experience supporting all HR lifecycle events.
• Experience with interpreting legislation and industrial Awards.
• Strong capability in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience maintaining a HRIS, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Understanding requirements to obtain and maintain appropriate working rights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Exceptional client and employee relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
