TBC Studios Hiring for Operations Manager at Australia Full Time

TBC Studios produces top chart podcasts across a range of industries working with the best of the best and specialising in building brands and creating podcasts that convert.

We know that the backbone of any great podcast is an incredible Operations Manager that brings the team together, organises us all and understands the importance of communication, project management and team work.

This opportunity is for 10-20 hours per week with the opportunity for this role to grow over time.

* BONUS SKILLS: Copywriting, Brand strategy, Project Management, Marketing, Social Media Management or experience with any of the following – Clickup, Kajabi, Dubsado, Descript, Adobe Audition or other Adobe tools

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing workflow with our audio engineering, graphic design and videography team

* Liaising with our clients and ensuring all deadlines are met in full and on time

* Upload and Management of Podcasts

* Opportunity to learn how to complete the first second by second edits of our podcast and select shownotes/audiograms (no experience required)

* Staying on top of emerging trends and identifying opportunities for growth

* Preparing monthly s and providing strategic feedback

Note – there is potential for you to take on additional responsibilities as a podcast producer and/or creating our long form video content if you are interested
