Senior Financial Analyst – Job Duties:

• Creates complex management reports (e.g., KPI reporting, scorecards) and associated analyses that explain financial results or changes to the forecast or plan, investigating discrepancies and trends to identify business drivers of results.
• Performs functions of the annual planning process, monitoring timely completion and escalating issues for resolution.
• In collaboration with business partners, leverages applicable systems, data, and process expertise to support strategic priorities and achieve business outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with all controls and procedures outlined in the procedures manual and general company policies
• Identifying efficiencies and areas for improvement to reduce risk and become more efficient
• Perform trend/flux analysis to identify, research, and explain variances to budget, forecasts, flash, etc. Responds to questions and solves problems as requested by department managers.

Senior Financial Analyst – Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Experience with data visualization software (Power BI/Tableau) a big plus
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• SaaS experience preferred
• Advanced technical and analytical skills required
• Strong leadership development skills and works well in a team environment
• Superb attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communications skills required
