• Highly competitive compensation of $70,000 – $80,000, commensurate with experience

Senior Accountant Job Duties:

• Responsible for month-end close duties including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Perform monthly variance analysis on balance sheet, income statement, and budget.
• Work with the Accounting Manager to prepare timely and accurate financial reporting to be submitted to the VP of Finance
• Assist in the implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department and strengthen internal controls

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Accounting Manager and VP of Finance in correlation with the annual audit, specifically audit requests, account reconciliation projects, vendor account reconciliations, etc.
• Special projects, as assigned

Senior Accountant Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required; CPA is a PLUS!
• 2+ years of large CPA firm accounting experience, or 3+ years in a medium to large public company corporate reporting role
• Knowledge and basic understanding of US GAAP
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a capacity to manage changing priorities and ambiguity while remaining calm and controlled
• Superb attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communications skills required
