We are conducting a search for a Director of Finance to join on of our top clients responsible for overseeing a finance team.

Director of Finance Benefits and Compensation:

• Highly competitive compensation of $135,000-150,000, plus 15% bonus (commensurate with experience)

Director of Finance Job Duties:

• Prepare consolidated financial package for external stakeholders monthly
• Perform cash forecasting and monthly reforecasting on a consolidated level
• Maintain budget models
• Assist with business funding decisions
• Perform monthly financial analysis and review for all entities (customers, margins, fixed costs, etc.)
• Compliance oversight (Sales Tax, Fed Tax, State Tax), and oversee audits
• Implement new ideas & direct financial strategy
• Perform MD&A and synergy analysis (when needed)
• Assist to retain skilled finance staff
• Other financial duties as requested or assigned

Director of Sales Finance Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required
• Strong leadership, development and mentoring skills required
• Expert level in Excel; Expertise in financial modeling
• Solid critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Strong planning and organization skills and understanding of the importance of deadlines
• Superb communications skills required
