Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Proactively communicate with Homeowners to ensure their needs and expectations are understood and met
• Update and maintain client records and databases accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve homeowner issues or escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
• Provide administrative support to the Accounting Department proofreading documents, managing mail, and organizing files

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Knowledge of property management software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
