TaxPlanIQ Hiring for SaaS Software Support at Remote Full Time

Meyer Group and TaxPlanIQ is looking for a team member who will assist with our three brands: Meyer Tax, our Concierge Accountant program, and TaxPlanIQ, a SaaS product designed to help other tax professionals. The ideal candidate is not afraid to jump in and learn something new as they go, embracing and contributing to innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
• Work with teams throughout the company to turn sales goals into sales gold
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of the SaaS sales process
• Support internal firm functions with data analysis and entry
• Create and develop s, templates, and presentations
• Conduct market research on accounting firm owners
• Conduct customer case studies, competitor analysis, and other business intelligence research to support business growth objectives

Qualifications:

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required for intern and entry-level positions
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong Data analysis skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
• Knowledge and proficient understanding of accounting preferred

Experience:

• Account management: 1-2 years (Preferred)
• Data analysis skills: 1-2 years (Required)
• B2B SaaS technology: 1-2 years (Required)
