We’re looking for an outgoing sales representative to communicate with new customers to generate new revenue and retain existing customers.

About the team:

• We are a US-based SAAS firm targeting the accounting industry. In other words, we use technology to solve business problems for accounting firms – we are not accountants. For you, this means you will be communicating with accountants about their business processes and helping them see the value in our software which can help them grow their business and revenue. You are not expected to be an accountant, know how to do accounting or even be good at math.
• Our team is 200+ people (in over 40 countries!) – we are a distributed team built on the principle of self-management
• Access to management – you will be working closely with the chief revenue officer (along with the sales team) in a collaborative work environment

The role:

• Inbound or outbound sales
• Achieve and consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting free trials, marketing-qualified leads, or demo requests into paid customers.
• Master the product and be able to field customer service and product questions from your leads.
• Perform customer presentations and demos via online web conferencing tools.
• Work with the Growth and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and sales conversion tools.
• Identify customer segments and new opportunities to improve the quality of the sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
• Minimum 1+ years sales, preferably in all sales cycles, from converting net new prospects to growing and retaining existing customers.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Process-driven with obsessive attention to detail
• Experience with completing and managing Requests for Information

Desirable:

• 1+ years of SaaS sales experience
• Experience with project management software or other productivity tools
• Experience with outbound sales
• Experience with Slack, HelpScout, Customer.io and Pipedrive
• Some exposure to Customer Service and Technical Support processes, and sending responses quickly
• Some exposure to development and marketing processes
• You prefer building rapport with customers over annoying, aggressive sales tactics

Work format: full-time, EST

Salary range: Compensation: 20-30k+ per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive bonus structure that rewards exceptional performance tied to revenue milestones. As you meet and exceed predetermined revenue targets, you will earn a bonus in addition to your base salary. This incentivized bonus structure provides a unique opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on your sales achievements.
