POSITION SUMMARY:

Searching for an experienced, outgoing, and creative Recruiting Coordinator who is ready to join a thriving company that is full of life, opportunity, growth, and fun! If that is you, WE WANT TO MEET YOU!

If you are excited to support and contribute to the existing recruiting process and are looking for an opportunity to utilize and continue to develop your recruiting skills – You are our perfect match! Our Talent Acquisition team doesn’t just focus on those who don’t yet work at TRA but also works to continuously re-recruit our existing team members so they will never think the grass is greener as they have the best opportunity right in front of them. Ultimately, the role is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains ROCKSTARS, while growing a strong talent pipeline and representing the TRA WAY in everything you do.

• Support and enforce overall recruiting process and strategies
• Work with leaders to create, update, and post Job Descriptions to internal and external job boards
• Asses candidate resumes and conduct phone screens as needed
• Schedule in person interviews, and manage overall recruiting calendar
• Create and distribute interview packets
• Maintain and file records of interview and other recruiting documentation
• Create and send finalized offer letters
• Conduct reference checks as needed
• Act as a point of contact for both internal and external customers and build influential candidate relationships throughout the entire recruiting process
• Actively contribute to a positive interview experience and positive company culture
• Additional admin tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years recruiting experience preferred
• Operate with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
• Effective computer skills, experienced in; Google Suites, Microsoft Suites, ATS, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Eager and quick learner
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Operate with a sense of urgency
• Customer service focused
