The roles will be responsible for supporting the School with day-to-day HR activities, including induction, contract variations, probation, training, exit interviews, absence management, and more.
Generalist HR experience is essential, as is CIPD Level 3 or similar.
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of HR administration processes, and experience of providing low-level ER advice to managers. You will be professional in your manner, and have the ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations accordingly, working on your own initiative and as part of a team.

These are all year round, full-time roles, however we will discuss other working arrangements with the right candidate.
