We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join a small boutique infrastructure firm, based in stunning offices in the heart of Mayfair. This is a new and exciting role for the business and you will take ownership of the implementation of new HR policies and procedures, creating a new HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition and Employee lifecycle. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a high level of efficiency and a HR professional who is CIPD qualified. You will be responsibilities for the following
Implementing and leading on all HR procedures and policies
Answering all HR related queries
Drafting employee contracts
Drafting employee handbook
Developing a new HR strategy and vision
Responsible for Inductions and training and development
Execute successful performance reviews
Work closely with the senior leadership team
Researching and benchmarking benefit schemes. pensions and insurances
Recruitment and talent engagement
Responsible for all ER related concerns, conducting grievances and termination when needed
Leading all new HR initiatives and HR projects
As this is a newly created position, we are seeking a passionate and motivated individual, who considers themselves a HR expert. The staff are team-focused, with the breadth of knowledge and key areas of expertise. They performance-driven and meritocratic in their approach and are seeking a balanced individual that are self-driven and capable of working within a collegiate and team-oriented environment.
We require the successful candidate to have the following;
At least 8 years HR experience
CIPD qualified
A strong legal background and a very good understanding of employment contracts and of employment law.
Ideally if they have worked in a small to medium sized organisation
Leadership qualities
The person should have a pleasant hands-on mentality, finding the right tone to each member of staff.
