This is a busy role as the company is growing so there is opportunities to grow and develop within the role.
The main responsibilities will be recruitment co-ordination, the onbording lifecycle and ER
Provide general HR administration, and advice and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Provide organisational and administration support to the HR Manager.
Provide assistance on employee relations.
Assistance on absence management.
Monitor HR & Recruitment inboxes and distribute or follow up as appropriate.
Input, update, and monitor HR systems and maintain up to date records for all employees.
Assist in administration of all HR policies and procedures.
Administer the recruitment process;
Recording and updating agency terms and maintain relationships.
Placing adverts & updating recruitment records.
Co-ordinate and attend interviews, ensuring panellist and candidates have all the necessary information.
Plan & deliver inductions and of new starters, including relevant bookings, systems updates, follow ups and welcomes.
Administration of the leavers process, which includes exit interviews.
Administration of Payroll, Benefits and be first point of contact for queries.
Maintain up to date records of training providers, training costs, agreements and bookings and arrange / facilitate training bookings.
Assist with note taking and typing up of meeting notes.
Assist in dealing with routine questions relating to terms and conditions of employment and standard policies and procedures.
Run off reports and circulate these as required.
Take part and assist with work for various committees, including well being, mental health first aid and Diversity & Inclusion
The role is paying up to £31k
