Tate Hiring for HR Service Centre Advisor at Watford Full Time

This is a temporary role initially for 5 months with potential for extension and is paying an hourly rate of £12.31. The role will be working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours a week.Your day-to-day role will include:

• Our phone lines will be open from 9am to 5pm and receive a high number of calls throughout the day· To deliver guidance and support to managers via phone and email on the TMS system encouraging them to be self-sufficient· Outbound calls are high where we call managers to resolve all the onboarding queries, we identify to ensure the process is completed in full · View reports to highlight and identify discrepancies and issues and work with your manager to resolve· Contribute to suggestions to improve the service and look for opportunities to provide materials to managers to make their lives easier· Full training will be received on the system with the support of the rest of the teamKey Skills:
• Process orientated – able and willing to follow instructions · Customer focused· Able to work accurately and quickly· Attention to detail· Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining the customer service standards · Excellent communication skills both written and oral· Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Oracle)· Working towards CIPD (or similar) would be an advantage but not essential· Experience of working in a HR Service Centre would be an advantageWe look forward to reviewing your application!
