You will support the HR & Training Team by providing high standards of administrative support with a bias on the recruitment process and managing the applicant tracking system.
Key responsibilities:
Recruitment process – end to end process using Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assisting in the full cycle recruitment responsibilities – candidate attraction/ sourcing and management
Maintaining the tracker spreadsheets of all advertised posts, hires and sources
Proactively monitoring recruitment campaigns
Managing external recruitment agencies
HR Administration – participating in Employee Relations matters involving notetaking
Assisting with the onboarding of new recruits
Data and CRM management
Supporting the HR & Training Coordinator
Supporting other tasks as directed
Ideal Qualifications / Experiences:
Solid experience working as an administrator
HR admin experience is ideal
HR specific software packages
Strong attention to detail
Empathetic, friendly and warm personality
You will ideally have strong HR administration/ co-ordination background, with the ability to thrive in a busy, fast paced environment.
